- Participants shall remain responsible for compliance with all applicable Indian laws, industry regulations, taxation requirements, customs regulations, product certifications, and statutory approvals relevant to their participation.
Payments and Refunds
- All applicable registration fees, sponsorship payments, booth charges, branding fees, or participation charges shall be governed by the applicable booking terms communicated by the Organizer.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments once made may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall remain subject to Organizer approval, prevailing event policies, force majeure conditions, administrative deductions, and contractual obligations.
Indemnification
